Jack Altman is the co-founder and Chief Executive Officer at Lattice. He is the author of the Wall Street Journal bestseller People Strategy, a contributing writer for Forbes Tech Council as well as multiple HR publications, and a frequent HR industry event speaker.

Prior to launching Lattice, Jack was the VP of Business and Corporate Development at Teespring, an e-commerce platform, and was also an early-stage venture capital investor. Jack earned his bachelor’s degree in Economics from Princeton.

Jack considers himself a ‘reasonably competitive’ Super Smash Bros N64 player.

Dini Mehta is the Chief Revenue Officer at Lattice, where she leads the company’s Sales team. Before joining Lattice, Dini was most recently at Drawbridge, acquired by Linkedin in 2019, for over 5 years where she scaled the global sales organization to 50 employees and over $60M+ in revenue. Prior to that she has had similar roles in hyper growth startups including Quantcast, Yume and Kosmix, acquired by Walmartlabs. She is passionate about building and scaling world-class sales organizations with a strong culture.

Cara Allamano

Cara has deep experience scaling HR operations, recruiting, and learning & development at fast-moving, global companies. Prior to joining Lattice as Chief People Officer, she was SVP of People at both Udemy (UDMY) and Planet Labs (PL) and previously served in HR leadership roles at Pinterest (PIN), Efficient Frontier - now Adobe, Young and Rubicam, and Knight Ridder, among others. Cara is also co-founder of PeopleTech Partners, a group of HR leaders working to bring new HR/recruiting technologies to market. She graduated Phi Beta Kappa from the University of Kentucky, holds a master's degree from the University of San Francisco, completed graduate studies at Stanford University and is finishing her Master's degree in Leadership and Ethics at the University of Chicago.

Fun fact

Cara once started a dog walking business as a side project so she wouldn't have to walk her own dog-- it ended up growing to 50 dogs and 5 walkers and she donated the proceeds to Muttville Dog Rescue.

Gillian Heltai is Chief Customer Officer at Lattice where she leads the Customer Experience and People Advisory Services teams. Prior to joining Lattice, Gillian held a variety of customer leadership roles, most recently as Senior Vice President at Talkdesk, and spent much of her career in survey and behavioral research analytics. Gillian holds a bachelor’s degree in Commerce and Psychology from University of Virginia and an MBA from Stanford.

Prior to joining Lattice, David led marketing teams at several high-growth software companies including Autodesk, PlanGrid, Marketo, SuccessFactors and OpenTable.com. David holds a bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Michigan and an MBA from U.C. Berkeley's Haas School of Business.

Josh Brown is the Senior Vice President of Finance at Lattice, where he leads the company’s Finance, Business Operations, Analytics and Legal teams. Prior to joining Lattice, Josh led finance teams at Sift and Opal where he focused on scale and growth investments. Previously, he held various leadership positions at Jive Software, where he helped the company through its IPO. Josh holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of Oregon.
