Navigating the Employee-First Era of HR Technology

Using research from Lattice’s partnerships team, this whitepaper will distill the categories and the trends redefining the HR tech landscape today.

The HR technology landscape has evolved, and it’s easy to see why: A global health crisis, coupled with the shift to hybrid work, forced organizations to rewrite their people strategies overnight. From employee benefits to people analytics, there’s hardly a part of HR’s role that hasn’t been completely redefined.

These seismic shifts in the workplace have revolutionized HR technology  — and, in some cases, even created new segments and product types altogether.

Using research from Lattice’s partnerships team, this whitepaper will distill what those categories are and shed light on the trends redefining HR tech today. Along the way, we’ll cite specific vendors leading the charge — many of them Lattice Connect partners.

What’s a Rich Text element?

The rich text element allows you to create and format headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, images, and video all in one place instead of having to add and format them individually. Just double-click and easily create content.

Static and dynamic content editing

A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!

How to customize formatting for each rich text

Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.
