A thoughtful, well-designed and carefully delivered engagement survey can make a significant difference both in terms of employee perception of their work and workplace, and as a source of meaningful, actionable insights.
It’s important to understand exactly what you’re running the survey for. People often have complicated and sometimes even contradictory feelings and thoughts about their workplaces — they like one thing, but not another; they may disagree with some decisions, but accept them. Recognising these nuances that are weaved into the texture of your company’s people management will help you best measure them.
In this e-book, we will walk you through each essential step for building a consistent, long-lasting employee engagement survey programme that effectively measures engagement and provides you with valuable information, which the organisation can then act upon or utilise for key internal business decisions.

What’s a Rich Text element?
The rich text element allows you to create and format headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, images, and video all in one place instead of having to add and format them individually. Just double-click and easily create content.
Static and dynamic content editing
A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!
How to customize formatting for each rich text
Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.
