We're excited to announce that Lattice has been named to the Forbes annual list of the Next Billion-Dollar Startups. For the last five years, Forbes has published this list of the top 25 fastest-growing, venture-backed American startups most likely to achieve a $1-billion valuation. Past list members include companies like DoorDash, Opendoor, and Away.

This year, Forbes worked with TrueBridge Capital Partners to seek out “budding unicorns” from a list of 150 nominated startups. TrueBridege kicked off the process by examining startups’ finances, followed by Forbes reporters digging deeper on each to further narrow down the list. Lattice customers Patreon, Front, Kong, and FourKites were also part of the 2019 list.

“We are thrilled to be included and I think it speaks to a major shift in the world of HR,” said Lattice CEO Jack Altman. “Companies are updating their people practices to meet the employee’s needs and we’re proud to build products to help make that transition possible.”

This recognition comes just months after Lattice announced it raised a $15 million Series B funding round led by Shasta Ventures, and just days after being named to the Enterprise Tech 30 list of most-promising private companies in enterprise tech.
