Lattice Named to Fast Company Most Innovative Companies List
Lattice has been named to Fast Company’s list of Most Innovative Companies 2020 in the Workplace category. Annually, Fast Company editors and writers evaluate thousands of companies from across the world to narrow in on this list of 434 total companies that “are making the most profound impact on both industry and culture.”
Alongside Lattice, many of our very innovative customers — like Zipline, WHOOP, CaaStle, Teachable, Weiden+Kennedy, Droga5, Webflow, and Persado — also made this year’s list.
“We're thrilled to be included in Fast Company’s Most Innovative Companies list in the Workplace category” said Lattice CEO Jack Altman. “Companies are realizing that having a smart people strategy is as important as having a product or go-to-market strategy, and we’re proud to build employee performance and engagement products that help them meet that need.”
Lattice’s culture of innovation stems from one of our principles, “People Strategy is Business Strategy.” Lattice has found that the best way to impact the employee experience is by working with People/HR teams to change how organizations approach people management and help them connect performance and engagement insights by using one platform. Over the past year, Lattice’s software has helped people teams at over 1,700 companies make their people their competitive advantage.
