After decade working in the people functions of growing companies in New York City in HR Generalist, HR Business Partner, and Head of People roles, Emma decided to found People Function. Emma is energized to bring the expertise that she has gained in the field to companies that aren’t quite ready for that in-house person yet, or that need a short-term solution to their HR needs; bridging the gap between the company and the employees. Emma is inspired by the entrepreneurs who create startup organizations and loves supporting them by offering their team the best work experiences possible while contributing to the company’s success.
