Over the past 14 years in-house at startups, scale-ups and corporate organizations, I've had the opportunity to work with some of the best (and worst) people managers, leaders and employees.Throughout my career I've:

- Scaled remote first culture (prior to the pandemic)
I hold an MBA but I'm not an academic. Up & to the Right focuses on enabling leaders and their teams to meet their business goals. We believe that your people and your business are not mutually exclusive. One cannot be successful without the other.
